Prior to acceptance to the Albert Lea Business Development Center, individuals are required to fill out the Application for Admission and provide a Business Plan.   - Rent for one year is $4.00 per sq. ft. of rental space
  - Rooms have been left unfinished to meet the needs of the entrepreneurs.
